Since 2019, Buffalo Brick & Mortar, LLC has been a high-performing real estate investment firm that takes great pride in solving homeowners’ problems and purchasing homes in the Western New York area. We work with homeowners who are seeking to sell their homes directly to an investor and avoid the traditional real estate sales model. Our goal is to create win/win situations with our clients. I grew up in the town of Evans right here in Western New York and continued my college education in Buffalo, NY. I have worked for over fifteen years in real estate focusing on mortgage default servicing, specifically property preservation and management & marketing sectors. I serviced distressed assets for all major lenders and GSE, including but not limited to FMC, FNMA, HUD, VA, and CV assets. Throughout my tenure, I obtained NYS Sales Agent and Brokerage licenses ultimately completing over 25 million in sales, selling 800+ homes and an additional 2,500 broker price opinions.
Through all of this, I continued to see an opportunity for more. This formed my decision to open my own Real Estate Investment Firm that applies technology and statistical analysis/ expertise in the WNY Market to develop valuation and marketing models to successfully acquire hundreds of assets. This vision continues to drive the company forward with investments in new areas, marketing strategies, and investment opportunities. I am not alone in this endeavor. Buffalo Brick & Mortar continues to assemble knowledgeable and dedicated team members.
