“This is a company that cares, and these days that is few and far between. They are professional, honest, and bottom line is not just about the money. Homeowner passed away, the family took over, and they were ruthless. Even about their brothers passing they didn’t seem to care about anything except the money. They sold the property to Brick and Morter. The tenant was asked to leave so that they could rehab the place. In the meantime, the tenant’s child caused a plumber to have to come out, and they did not bill the tenant.
